医院陪护和私人护士有什么不同？How is a hospital sitter different from a private nurse?

医院陪护提供生活照顾与陪伴，例如进食、清洁、如厕、翻身和安全看守；医疗程序仍由医院护士负责。看护员会留意病况变化，并即时通知病房护士。A sitter handles personal care and company — eating, hygiene, toileting, turning and safety watch. Clinical procedures stay with the ward nurses. The sitter watches for changes and alerts the nurses straight away.

12小时和24小时怎么选？Should I choose 12 or 24 hours?

若家属白天或晚上其中一段时间可以陪伴，可选12小时（RM380 + SST/天）。若需要日夜不间断看顾，例如术后或容易跌倒的长辈，建议选24小时（RM500 + SST/天）。If family can cover part of the day, 12 hours (RM380 + SST/day) fills the gap. For continuous cover — after surgery, or for someone at risk of falls — choose 24 hours (RM500 + SST/day).
